Committees 

 

  Architectural & Neighborhood Maintenance Committee

  • Chairperson:  Marilyn Pryor, President
  • Members:  Members: Alan Wescott, Jeff Milner, Earl King, Linda Hairston, Charlotte Walker and Kenneth Merritt. Additional members welcome -- contact the Managem
  • Primary Objective: 
    • Oversee Covenant and By-laws
      Communication/Interpretation.
    • Oversee and organize Architectural Review Activities.
    • Oversee and focus on the overall beauty of the community as it relates to individual homeowners following appropriate "Lawn Maintenance Guidelines" as well as maintaining common grounds responsible by the board, organizing beautification events, maintaining the operation of lights in the islands and monuments, and maintaining a properly functioning irrigation system.

  Communications Committee

  • Chairperson:  Linda Hairston, Secretary
  • Member of committee- Judy Council ==> Members needed Contact the Management Company, Cedar Management Group, CMG, to participate.
  • Primary Objective:  Issue communications to all Back Creek I Homeowners on a regular basis and/or as needed via website, email, flyers,newsletter, via the outside board at both entrances, and via the management company.

  Community Impact Committee

  • Chairperson:  Currently Vacant, Vice President
  • Members needed Contact the Management Company, Cedar Management Group, CMG , to participate.
  • Primary Objective:  Staying abreast of and communicating to the Board New Neighborhood Zonings, Local, State, or National Legislation impacting the Neighborhood, Transportation and New Neighborhoods that impact our neighborhood, etc.

  Block Captain Committee

  • Chairperson: Linda Hairston, Treasurer
  • Members needed Contact the Management Company, Cedar Management Group, CMG, to participate.
  • Primary Objective: 
    • Stay abreast of newcomers to the neighborhood, births, departures, etc. and perform necessary hospitality functions such as welcome notes, etc.
    • Stay abreast of and focus on neighborhood safety concerns identified by committee members or homeowners.
