 Board of Directors 

 

  Marilyn Pryor - President

Covenant Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the Presidential duties of the HOA as outlined in the Back Creek I HOA By-laws and timely execution of Board Assigned Responsibilities.
     
Board Assigned Responsibilities:
  • Assignment of Elections Committee to oversee the annual elections process,
  • Coordination and setting agenda for monthly meetings, to include timely notification of monthly meeting to board members.
  • Oversight of the monthly meetings according to Roberts Rule of Law.
  • Tracking and validating compliance and adequacy of execution of responsibilities of the Management Company Contract.
  • Oversight of HOA Business, and timely communication of such to HOA Board and homeowners.
  • Annual "Year in Review Report" to homeowners during the annual HOA Meeting.
  • Oversight of the Architectural and Neighborhood Maintenance Committee focusing on maintaining and improving the appearance of the community and facilitating the increase of home values within the community (Front Entry, Signs, Lighting, Roads, Builders, Developers, Amenities, etc.), as well as Architectural Review Activities.
  • Tracking and validating compliance and adequacy of execution of the Lawn maintenanced Contract.
  • Quarterly Reports to the Board of Accomplishments, Activities and Issues associated with Board Assigned and Committee Responsibilities.

Linda Hairston- Vice President

Covenant Responsibilities:
  • Responsibilities as outlined in the Back Creek I HOA By-laws and timely execution of Board Assigned Responsibilities.
     
Board Assigned Responsibilities:
  • In the absence of the President, responsible for the oversight of the monthly meetings according to roberts Rules of Law..
  • Reporting to the Board on overall compliance and adequacy of execution Management Company and Board Members.
  • Reporting to the Board and Homeowners overall compliance and achievements of the Board and Committee Members.
  • Tracking and validating compliance to the assignments and responsibilites of the Board Members and Committee Members.
  • Attend city, county, and community meetings.
     

 Frankie Grier - Treasurer

Covenant Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the Treasurer's responsibilities and overall financial affairs of the HOA as outlined in the Back Creek I HOA By-laws and timely execution of Board Assigned Responsibilities.
     
Board Assigned Responsibilities:
  • Monthly Financial Report to the Board as to the reasonableness and agreement with the monthly financial report from the management company, including validation of the Monthly Reconciliation of the Bank Statements performed by the Management Company to Statements received directly from the Bank.
  • Approval of all non-recurring HOA expenditures
  • Oversight of the annual audit of the financial records of the HOA, active participation in the selection of Audit firm to provide the annual audit and review and approval of the annual audit report to the Homeowners.
  • Lawn of the Month.

Covenant Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for duties of the HOA as outlined in the Back Creek I HOA By-laws and timely execution of Board Assigned Responsibilities.
     
Board Assigned Responsibilities:
  • Meeting sign/notification placed at the front of both entrances 3-5 days prior to meetings and removal of signs by the next day.
  • Quarterly newsletter

  Frankie Grier - Secretary

Covenant Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the Secretarial duties of the HOA as outlined in the Back Creek I HOA By-laws and timely execution of Board Assigned Responsibilities.
     
Board Assigned Responsibilities:
  • Periodic visual inspections of homeowner properties and follow-up to validate noncompliance to covenant restrictions.
  • Confirmation of Meeting Arrangements/Logistics prior to public notifications to homeowners to afforded them an opportunity to participate in the meetings.
  • Maintenance of Homeowner Association Mailing/Contact List.
  • Maintain a quarterly newsletter providing association minutes, lawn of the month, accomplishments, etc.
